On all levels of consciousness, I break all ties and connections with [name of person] and any negative relationships of my past. I break all negative patterns of how I choose men/women/relationships in general.

I release any and all residual feelings I have for [name of person] I ask forgiveness for myself, and I forgive [name of person], as well for any misunderstandings or hard feelings that may be lingering. May the power of divine light and love illuminate my entire being so that the energy of evil and negativity will not have any influence on my mind or body, obstructing my emotional, mental, or physical advancement.
I wish no harm to come to anyone, and I am open to love myself and accepting new and positive men/women/relationships in general into my life. May I progress in love and in life for a better way of living—peaceful in heart and content within myself. In the name of the most high, I pray.
